Total Voting Rights Announcement

PIERER Mobility AG hereby announces that the total number of voting rights at the end of the month October 2021 amounts to a total of 33,796,535 voting rights and the share capital amounts to EUR 33,796,535. The total number of voting rights was increased by 11,257,861 voting rights, which stem from a capital increase from the authorized capital. The increase of the total number of voting rights has been effective since 22 October 2021 and was already published on this day in accordance with § 41 WpHG.
