The fund Maxburg Beteiligungen III GmbH & Co. KG ("Maxburg"), advised by Maxburg Capital Partners, has acquired all interests in KGS Software Gesellschaft für Systemanalyse und Engineering GmbH & Co. KG and all shares of other companies of the group ("KGS Group"). The KGS Group develops and sells high-performance software archive systems for the long-term storage of data and documents, in particular for SAP system landscapes. In addition to the "KGS ContentServer4Storage" archive product, the product portfolio includes the "KGS Migration4ArchiveLink" migration tool and various other modules with additional functionality.
