Today, Royal KPN N.V. ("KPN") has published the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM"), to be held at KPN's headquarters in The Hague on Wednesday 6 December 2017.

 

The meeting is scheduled to inform shareholders about the intended appointment of Mr Maximo Ibarra as member and Chairman of the Board of Management of KPN in the role of Chief Executive Officer as per the AGM to be held on 18 April 2018, and to approve certain elements of his remuneration. The intention to appoint Mr Ibarra as successor of Eelco Blok was made public through a press release on 20 October 2017.
