Lutech Acquires Leading Italian IT Systems and Infrastructure Solutions Provider Sinergy

First Add-On Acquisition to Strengthen Lutech's Market Position, Add Critical Expertise

On the back of the growing need for IT expertise throughout Western Europe, the acquisition strengthens Lutech's strong position in its Italian home market.
