Investis successfully completes acquisition of Hauswartprofis

 
  • The acquisition of Hauswartprofis, which has an annual turnover of around
    CHF 18 million and 240 employees,     took effect as at 1 January 2017
  • Hauswartprofis will continue to operate under its own name as an independent company
  • Consolidation of strong domestic market position in the area of Facility Managemen
 

As announced on 12 December 2016, Investis Holding SA successfully completed the acquisition of Hauswartprofis and all of its operating companies today, as scheduled.

 

Gradual implementation of growth strategy in Real Estate Services segment

Established in 1990, Hauswartprofis operates in the facility management industry and has its headquarters in Mägenwil, as well as other locations in Dübendorf, Baar and Oftringen. Hauswartprofis has been professionally and successfully managed by Walter Eberle since 2009 and currently employs 240 members of staff. With this acquisition, Investis is gradually implementing its growth strategy in the Real Estate Services segment and expanding its market position. Hauswartprofis is a renowned company that will enable Investis Group to benefit from additional experience and expertise in facility management. Walter Eberle, who continues to manage the company’s operations, takes over in addition the management of the existing company Treos in order to maximise the potential of the Investis Group in the Facility Management area.
