Investis reduces its stake in the project company La Foncière de la Dixence SA to 41.7%

Investis Holding SA has today signed and completed a purchase agreement with mjd Developpement SA, Nendaz, concerning the sale of half of its shares in the project company ‘La Foncière de la Dixence’. The project company is carrying out the planning and financing of the ‘Dixence Resort’ development project in Hérémence, led by Jean-Daniel Masserey. Following this sale, Investis will continue to hold 41.7% of the project company. Due to the reduction in its stake, the project will be recognised by Investis as an investment in associated companies and valued using the equity method. The two parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The agreement of 14 December 2018 and the associated obligations are rendered invalid by today’s partial sale.

The Dixence Resort will be completed in several phases over the next few years. The resort is located at a height of 1,750 meters and consists of a hotel complex with 60 rooms, a thermal and wellness center (Thermes de la Dixence), five individual chalets, and seven apartment buildings with a total of 85 condominium apartments. The site, which covers a total area of 25,000 m2, is located in the municipality of Hérémence in the Valais and has direct access to the Thyon 2000 - Les Collons ski area, which is part of the ‘4 Valleys’ winter sports area. The hotel and the thermal baths are scheduled to open by the end of 2020. Further information is available at: www.dixence-resort.ch
