PJSC VSMPO-AVISMA decreases its indirect stake in RusHydro

PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that it has received a notification from PJSC VSMPO-AVISMA, confirming that its indirect share in the Company has decreased via sell of an interest in the Company by LLC Avitrans that is controlled organization of PJSC VSMPO-AVISMA.

As of February 17, 2021, PJSC VSMPO-AVISMA had the right to indirectly dispose of 21,761,981,466 shares in PJSC RusHydro, representing 4.954% of the share capital and voting rights in the Company. PJSC VSMPO-AVISMA previously had the right to indirectly dispose of 5.013% stake in PJSC RusHydro or 22,023,683,466 shares.
