Our Bank's Board of Directors has resolved to carry out our Bank's activities under the trade name "Garanti BBVA" following the completion of necessary legal and internal procedures and to authorize the Head Office to register and publish such trade name.
*In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
