Directors' Share Purchase

 

Coinsilium Group Limited (NEX:COIN), the blockchain venture builder, advisor and investor that finances and manages the development of early-stage blockchain technology companies, announces that Eddy Travia, Chief Executive Officer, and Malcolm Palle, Executive Chairman, both persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), have today purchased ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:

 

-          Eddy Travia purchased 111,111 ordinary shares at 4 pence per share

-          Malcolm Palle purchased 75,000 ordinary shares at 3.88 pence per share

 

Eddy now holds 7,506,701 Ordinary Shares representing 5.92% and Malcolm now holds 8,134,234 Ordinary Shares representing 6.41%, respectively of the issued share capital with voting rights of the Company.

 

Holdings in Company

 

The Company has been informed on 14 January 2019, that, Great North Star International Inc. has acquired 6,250,000 Ordinary Shares on 12 December 2018, representing 4.93% of the issued share capital with voting rights of the Company.

 

The Company has also been informed by Faruk Saylam on 14 January 2019, that he has sold 500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 1 November 2018, and now owns 4,711,168

ordinary shares representing 3.72% of the issued share capital with voting rights of the Company.
