Ralph Winter increased his shareholding in CORESTATE Capital Holding S.A.

Ralph Winter, Founder and main shareholder of CORESTATE Capital, announced today that he increased his shareholding by approximately 250,000 shares valued at more than EUR 11 million.

Ralph Winter commented his purchase of CORESTATE Capital shares:

"I remain highly confident in CORESTATE Capital's long-term growth prospects. Its stable, income-producing business model and strong market position ensure a high predictability of growth and value creation. Recent adjustments to the organizational structure ensure that the strategic acquisitions enhance the ability to grow, particularly its institutional business.

Moreover, CORESTATE Capital's conservative debt policy gives it ample liquidity and flexibility to take advantage of opportunities that could accelerate growth beyond an already attractive organic growth profile. And, as a shareholder, I find the dividend policy attractive as it demonstrates the company's ability to distribute earned profits to shareholders.

Although stock-listed asset manager businesses are not yet fully understood in the European market, I am convinced that over time they will be since they have already been proven in US and Asian equity markets. I believe that is only a matter of time until the strong operating results of the company will translate into significant share price appreciation."
