IMMOFINANZ AG: Announcement pursuant to section 120 para 2 item 1 Austrian Stock Exchange Act

Upon invitation for the 25th ordinary shareholders' meeting on 13 April 2018 IMBEA IMMOEAST Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH, 100% subsidiary of IMMOFINANZ AG ('IMBEA'), held 3,796,019 shares of the company as of 11 April 2018.

In the course of the ongoing share buyback programme 1/2018 IMBEA purchased further 3,601,814 IMMOFINANZ-shares and thus holds in sum 7,397,833 IMMOFINANZ-shares as of 08 May 2018.

According to section 120 para 2 item 1 Austrian Stock Exchange Act it is hereby announced that IMMOFINANZ AG has issued 1,120,852,699 shares (no change). As per today IMBEA holds 7,397,833 shares of the company. Voting rights with respect to those shares may not be exercised (sec 65 para 5 Austrian Stock Corporation Act) thus the number of exercisable voting rights is 1,113,454,866.
