PJSC "Magnit" announces the acquisition by Sergey Galitskiy of the right to dispose a certain number of votes accounted for voting shares (stakes) in the charter capital of PJSC "Magnit"
Krasnodar, Russia (December 27, 2017): Magnit PJSC, one of Russia's leading retailers (the "Company"; MOEX and LSE: MGNT), announces the acquisition by Mr. Sergey Galitskiy of the right to dispose a certain number of votes accounted for voting shares (stakes) in the charter capital of PJSC "Magnit".
On December 27, 2017 Mr. Galitskiy Sergey N. acquired the right to dispose a certain number of votes accounted for voting shares (stakes) in the charter capital of PJSC "Magnit".
